Refund and Cancellation Policy

At GGTopUp, we provide digital products that are delivered instantly. Because these assets are consumed or redeemed upon delivery, we maintain the following refund standards to ensure fairness and prevent fraud.

1. General Policy: Final Sale
Due to the technical nature of digital content, all sales are considered final once the product has been delivered to your account or email. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you waive your right to a "cooling-off" period or withdrawal once the digital delivery process has begun.

2. Specific Product Rules

• Game Top-ups: These are processed immediately to the Game User ID (UID) provided. We cannot revoke credits once they are sent to a publisher's server. No refunds are granted for incorrect UID or server selection by the user.
• e-Gift Cards & e-PINs: Once a code has been revealed or sent to your registered email, it is considered "used." Refunds are not issued for change-of-mind or regional incompatibility (e.g., buying a US code for an Indian account).
• Software Licenses: Software keys are non-refundable once the license key has been accessed. For pre-purchases, you may request a refund anytime before the official release date.

3. Exceptions & Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a refund or replacement under the following specific conditions:

• Non-Delivery: If payment was successful but the product was not delivered within 24 hours due to a technical failure on our end.
• Defective Products: If an e-PIN or software key is proven to be invalid or already redeemed at the time of purchase. You must report such defects within 48 hours with verifiable screenshots.
• Unauthorized Charges: If you suspect an unauthorized transaction, report it within 120 days for investigation.

4. The Refund Process

• Submission: Email our support team with your Order ID and proof of the issue (e.g., error screenshots).
• Verification: We will verify the status of the digital asset with our providers. This typically takes 3-5 business days.
• Payout: Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment method. Processing times vary by bank but usually take 7-14 business days.

5. Abuse and Fraud
We reserve the right to deny refund requests if we detect policy abuse (e.g., repeated "accidental" purchases) or fraudulent chargeback attempts. Fraudulent disputes may lead to the permanent suspension of your account and associated Game UIDs.
