• Account Accuracy: You are responsible for providing an accurate Game User ID (UID), Server ID, and email address. We are not liable for Products delivered to the wrong account due to your input errors.

3. Payments and Pricing

• Final Prices: All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Verification: To prevent fraud, we reserve the right to request identity verification (KYC) for high-value orders or suspicious activity.
• Third-Party Fees: You are responsible for any bank or currency conversion fees charged by your payment provider.

4. Delivery of Products

• Timeline: Most top-ups and e-PINs are delivered instantly. However, some orders may take up to 24 hours for manual verification.
• Proof of Delivery: Our system logs, confirming the successful dispatch of a code or the completion of a top-up, shall serve as conclusive proof of delivery.

6. Software Licensing

• Usage: Software is licensed, not sold. You agree to use the software according to the End User License Agreement (EULA) of the respective developer.
